“The hog shanks fall off the bone and the smoked prime rib is to die for, but the real star is the Creole stuffed pork chop, a 10-oz. center cut, bone-in chop with shrimp and crawfish stuffing, Creole Yukon gold potato salad, grilled asparagus and crispy prosciutto. Top it all off with a Naughty Martini, with olive juice and big, juicy blue cheese-stuffed olives. Magnificent.”

One of the Best Restaurants
“One of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of dining at. Chef Glenn Gillespie creates the most mouth-watering plates. His attention to detail is outstanding! I especially liked the part where he came out to every table to inquire if the diners were enjoying their food. Great ambiance, great food.”

This is a wonderful hangout for golfers, yes … and, a great bar/restaurant for friends to gather. Food is delicious, drinks are varied … everything from top shelf liquor to speciality draft beers. Bartenders are great, patrons are interesting mix of locals, lawyers, business people and politicos …. love it! …
Edgar’s has some seriously great food and the prices are well with in reason! Excellent atmosphere, one of the only good thing left in Akron! Highly Recommend!?
