Lobster Ravioli | Grilled Swordfish | Scarlet Snapper Weekly Features

This week, September 9th – 16th, (while supplies last) our weekly featured entrees are:

  • Lobster and Wild Mushroom Ravioli  with crab cream sauce finished with scallions.
  • Pan Seared Scarlet Snapper with fresh tomato sauce with basil, olives, zucchini and squash.
  • Grilled Twin Lamb Loin chops with rosemary garlic mashed potatoes, red wine demi-glace, and vegetable du jour.
  • Grilled Porterhouse Steak with sauteed wild mushrooms, vegetable du jour, garlic mashed potatoes.
  • Grilled Swordfish with sauteed bean cake, smoked trout white sauce and finished with crayfish.
