This week at Edgar’s Restaurant in Akron Ohio, October 11-12th, we have some unique feature plates including Lobster Fra Diablo fettuccini, Grilled Hawaiian Opah filet, and Hawaiian Blackened Tuna or Lemon peppered.   • Lobster Fra Diablo fettuccini, 1/2 lobster sautéed with banana peppers and rich tomato sauce, finished with butter and xvoo
  • Grilled Hawaiian Opah filet, served with French creamed lentils, crab relish
  • Hawaiian Blackened Tuna or Lemon peppered, served with smoked artichoke and mixed herb risotto, wilted spinach and roasted red peppers
