Live Entertainment Steak Pheasant and Salmon Features

This week, Friday February 17th in Edgar’s Lounge there will be live entertainment by 7’oclock Chicken playing some Jazz, Funk and Blues starting at 8:00pm (make reservations please!).  Tonight through – Thursday February 24th our Weekly Features, (while supplies last) are:

Soup Du Jour:

Twice Baked Potato:

  • Smoked Mozzarella, Sauteed Onion, and Mixed Herbs

Appetizer:

  • Sauteed Mussels with bacon, caramelized onion, garlic, and shallots, finished with cilantro, tomato,and white wine butter sauce … $10
  • Shrimp Cocktail Martini, five poached shrimp, cocktail sauce and mixed greens… $11

Entrees:

  • Stone Ground Mustard and Oyster crusted Bay of Fundi Salmon, Provencal style sauteed rapinni with spinach, finished with tangerine infused olive oil … $22
  • Grilled 13oz T-Bone steak or 18oz Porterhouse, mixed herb and goat cheese croquette, sauteed assorted mushrooms, truffle oil drizzle, veg du juor….  T-Bone $26….  Porterhouse $29
  • Cherry smoked Pheasant, green onion and three cheese risotto, veg du juor, and rosemary pheasant jus…. $23
