This week is County Cooking at Edgar’s Restaurant with guest Chef Doc Byrd, August 8th – 9th. We got some exciting feature plates including Blackened Monkfish, Edgar’s Fried Perch, and we got Guest Chef Doc Byrd serving up Rabbit. We have Smothered Rabbit and Applewood Smoked Rabbit.
