This week is Jazz and Blues week at Edgar’s Restaurant in Akron Ohio, August 29 – 30, we have some exciting features including She Crab soup and Blue Point Oyster Rockefeller and Fried Green Tomatoes, we also have Lemon Peppered Grilled Trout, Montreal seasoned grilled 14oz NY Strip, Citrus angel pasta and our famous Edgar’s Fried Perch .  Please make dinner reservations early by calling 330-869-3000.

  • She crab soup with roasted corn

Mussels

  • Sautéed with onions garlic and  Thi-basil , finished with white wine and clam broth with curry and butter

  • Blue Point Oysters Rockefeller served on the half shell with spinach and Parmesan
