Caribbean Seafood Gumbo, Caribbean Jerked 1/2 chicken, Marinated grilled red snapper

This week at Edgar’s Restaurant in Akron Ohio, December 13th – 14th, we have some unique feature plates including Marinated grilled red snapper, and Pan Seared Mahimahi served with lobster sauce.
